It is our last full day in Palm Springs . . . tomorrow we are off to Vegas for a week. I need to introduce my camera(s) to all the architecture there, which is unbelievably amazing. Millions of dollars have been spent to replicate the old European grandness and bring it to the desert.
Played with the little camera this morning while sitting on the patio enjoying a morning coffee in the warm sun. Very pleased with the results.
It would appear that God has a warped sense of humour . . . . . all the up and downing and high elevations with rapid descents to low ones has caused me to lose my hearing in my right ear. If it keeps up much longer I will be forced to go to a health care provider. I am sure Lynnwood is thinking . . now you know how I feel. Like I said, a warped sense of humour.
We went for a bit of a walkabout tonight . . just savouring the last moments of this wonderful resort. We are truly blessed to be able to enjoy such comfort and beauty. Tried to time for the golden hour . . . here are some of the entrance and driveway into the resort . ..
Lynn goes for a walk every morning and he took me to the 18th hole . . . . . Oh My . . makes me almost wish I golfed . .. true beauty sculpted by man (this is a Nick Faldo course)
Had to go back to the pool and try and capture some of the night magic . . ..
