The day is finally here and we set out on our road trip. Packed the car the night before and hit the road a little later than planned as we slept in a bit. The journey was uneventful and safe, varying weather from glorious sun to rainy and low hanging fog in the mountains.
Love the vastness of the Prairies with a hint of the Rocky Mountains in the background.
Encountered some wildlife which doesn’t always happen, and obviously they are not camera shy.
It wouldn’t be a trip to BC without construction holdups . .. . however I never view that as a stumbling block but a perfect photo opportunity . .
Finally got to spend some time at Kicking Horse Pass and take photos of the bridge we watched being built and has probably saved many lives due to the dangerous part of the road it straightened out and bypassed. An Engineering feat through the mountains
All I could say about this guy was Oops . … sucks to be you!!!
Love the layers of light created by the fog . . . nature is truly spectacular
